Order Processing and Shipping Times
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, please note the following estimated shipping times:
In-Stock Items: Orders for items that are in stock will typically be shipped within 15-20 business days. Delivery times are also estimated to be within this 15-20 business day window after shipment. Please allow the full 15-20 business days for delivery.
Special Order Items: Items that require special ordering will typically be shipped and delivered within 30 business days. Please allow the full 30 business days for delivery of special order items.

Stock Variability: Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of stock at our warehouse or from our suppliers. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Unforeseeable Delays: Unfortunately, unforeseeable events can impact shipping and delivery times. These may include, but are not limited to:

All items sold by Cool Donny are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, except as outlined below under “Defective Items.”

Before shipping, all items are carefully examined by our staff to ensure they meet our quality standards and are free of defects.
Defective Items:
While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, we understand that, on rare occasions, a defective item may slip through. If you believe you have received a defective item, you may initiate an inquiry by contacting us at contact@cooldonny.com.
·To help us assess the situation, please provide the following information:
·Clear photographs and/or videos of the alleged defect
·Your order number
·The tracking number associated with your shipment
Resolution for Defective Items:
Upon receiving your inquiry and supporting documentation, our team will review the information and determine if the item is deemed defective. If we determine the item is defective, we will issue a gift card as compensation. The value of the gift card will be at our discretion and will be either the full or partial price of the defective item. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on defective items.
